Changed your mind or the product doesn't fit after all? Returning is easy through our returns portal. Below, you'll find out how it works, the costs involved, and what happens once your package is on its way.
You may cancel your purchase within 60 days of receipt without giving a reason. Legally, this is 21 days, but because we want to provide you with an excellent online experience, we've increased this to 60 days. Once you've notified us of your intention to cancel, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the item. Submit your return request in the returns portal or through your account.
If you have indicated that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a return label from us after processing the order if the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. In that case, please return it within 14 days to avoid unnecessary costs. If the items are in good condition, you will pay the shipping costs yourself. For business orders, we always charge €4.95 shipping costs (or €6.95 for packages longer than 150 cm), even if you had free shipping on the original order. For business orders, all order information is also required, even if it concerns multiple orders. Private customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, upon full return.
You can return the package yourself within seven days of your return request, but the most common method is shipping via the return label. Purchasing a label yourself is not recommended because we link all the information together. This way, we know exactly which return belongs to which package.
Once you've notified us in the returns portal that you want to return a product, we'll review your request. If the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, you'll receive a return label. For a standard return, you'll pay the shipping costs yourself and select "Send it yourself via post office" in the portal. You'll then stick the accompanying form in the box and send the package to our returns address.
The statutory cooling-off period is generally 14 days, but we offer a 60-day cooling-off period, starting from the day after you receive your last item. Once you've indicated in the portal that you want to cancel, a new period of up to 14 days to actually return the product begins.
Yes, if reasonably possible. If the original packaging is damaged or missing, we will retain up to 50% of the purchase price for depreciation. Please note that you are only liable for any depreciation in the event of visual or functional damage.

Yes. Submit a return request for each order in the portal. For the second (and subsequent) request, select the option "I have already requested a return label." Place all return forms in one box and send the package. This way, you'll receive a full refund for both orders at once.
If your order is not shipped on time, your right of withdrawal will be forfeited, and we are not obligated to refund the purchase price. If you are unable to return your order on time due to force majeure (e.g., illness), please let us know.
Once we receive your return in good order, we will process it within 5 business days (during peak season, this may be extended by an additional 5 business days). We will refund the purchase price (including payment and shipping costs, unless you are returning part of the order) no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notification. For credit card payments, the amount is usually credited to your account within 3 business days of receiving the credit note.
